How to prepare
No make-up
Come with a bare face where possible
The VisagePro imaging is most accurate on clean skin without foundation or SPF. If you can't, don't worry — we can work with it, but cleaner skin gives us more to work with.

Bring your current skincare products
Either physically or as photos on your phone. Knowing what you're already using helps us understand your baseline and avoid unnecessary duplication in any prescription plan.

The Signature Consultation takes around 45–60 minutes. The aesthetic consultation is shorter at 20–30 minutes. Either way, there's no rushing — this is your time.

We will put together a written summary of what was discussed and recommended. You'll have it in writing — no need to remember everything from the appointment.

There's no pressure to book on the day. Take the time you need. We are available to answer questions over WhatsApp before you commit to anything.

Prescription skincare (if appropriate)
If prescription products are recommended, we can issue prescriptions directly. We'll recommend a routine suited to your needs and budget to optimise your results.
