Common questions
What is the grace window?
It's a 30-day period starting at your renewal date. Any reserve you hadn't used by month 12 is still valid — you simply need to book and use it within those 30 days.
What happens after the grace window closes?
Any reserve still unused resets, and your membership begins building fresh for the new year. We send reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days before renewal so you have plenty of notice.
Can I use my reserve on any treatment?
Your reserve can be used towards any eligible treatment or product at Nūra. Your consultation helps you plan the year so it goes exactly where you want it.
What if I only need treatment once or twice a year?
Your reserve builds exactly the same way regardless of how often you visit. If you only book every six months, it's simply there and ready when you do — there's no benefit to visiting more often than suits you, and nothing is lost by taking your time.
Is this a savings account, credit card, or finance product?
No. There's no interest, no borrowing, and no credit check. "Reserve" is just our word for it — you're pre-paying towards treatment a little each month, and we hold that towards your skin until you're ready to use it.
