when you join

2Your Signature Consultation
Every membership begins here. We assess your skin, review your health, and build your personalised treatment roadmap for the year ahead. Arrive without make-up where possible.
3Begin booking
Priority access to the clinic from day one. Your monthly credit and included treatments are available immediately through the patient portal.
4Reviews & ongoing care
Your plan is never static. Reviews are built into every tier — the clinical team tracks your progress and adjusts your programme as your skin responds and evolves.
Payments
Your membership fee is collected automatically each month using the card provided at sign-up, on the same date as your original enrolment. Your 12-month term begins on the date of your first payment.
Treatment credits
Monthly credits can be applied to eligible treatments and products at Nūra within your membership year. Credits do not roll over beyond the membership term.
Cancellations & changes
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a £50 charge to the card held on file — this allows us to protect availability for all members.
Transferability
Membership benefits are personal. They cannot be transferred to another individual. If you’d like to discuss your membership or make changes to your plan, contact the team directly.
All memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. Nūra membership is designed as a skin health and longevity programme — not a short-term package. We’d love to talk through which tier is right for you before you commit.
